Elliott Broidy

Elliott Broidy is an entrepreneur who, over his four-decade career, has founded, invested in, and in some cases, managed as CEO, more than 160 companies. He is the Chairman and CEO of Broidy Capital Holdings, LLC, founded in 2022 in Boca Raton, FL, and its predecessor, Broidy Capital Management, headquartered in Los Angeles from 1991 to 2022. Mr. Broidy is the founder and Managing Partner of Threat Deterrence Capital Holdings, LLC and LEO Technologies Holdings, LLC.

Since 2014, Mr. Elliott Boridy has focused on technology businesses (including, more recently, AI) in the defense intelligence, homeland security, public safety, and law enforcement sectors. Previously, from 1982 to 1991, Mr. Elliott Broidy was a Managing Director at Bell Enterprises, where he was involved in a wide range of investments, including management of marketable securities, real estate, private equity, and other alternative investments. Elliott Broidy began his career at Arthur Andersen and Co. He is the Chairman at Event Solutions International, Inc. (ESI Holdings, Inc.) and serves on the Board of Directors at Foley Timber and Land Company, L.P. and Vantis Capital Management LLC. Mr Elliott Broidy is a Trustee of Simon Wiesenthal Center and also served as a Commissioner of the Los Angeles City Fire and Police Pension Fund.

Mr. Elliott Broidy is a Member of the Young Presidents Organization and serves on the governing Boards of several large charitable and educational organizations including the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business - Center for Investment Studies, Hebrew Union College, and Wilshire Boulevard Temple. Elliott Broidy was also a founding Member of the Board of Governors of the California-Israel Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Elliott Broidy has strived to help strengthen nations: the beloved country of his birth, the United States of America; and his spiritual home, the State of Israel. His commitment to civic duty and philanthropy are recognized far beyond Los Angeles. Mr. Elliott Broidy was appointed by Secretary Michael Chertoff to serve on the United States Homeland Security Advisory Council and was a member of the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles Police Foundation. Elliott Broidy was appointed by the President to serve on the Board of Trustees of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington.

Mr. Elliott Broidy also serves on a variety of Boards and Committees of his alma mater, The University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. He served on the Board of Governors of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He is awarded with “The Raoul Wallenberg Award”. In addition, he has been honored by the Israel-American Chamber of Commerce and the American-Israel Friendship League. Mr. Elliott Broidy is a qualified C.P.A. He received a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southern California.
