Investment Focus

Where we deploy capital

Broidy Capital Holdings concentrates on the intersection of artificial intelligence and public safety — sectors where technology directly strengthens the security of communities, institutions, and nations.

AI-Driven Public Safety Software

Artificial intelligence is transforming how law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and security organizations operate. We invest in software companies applying AI to threat detection, predictive policing, situational awareness, and real-time command coordination.

Homeland Security & Law Enforcement Technology

From border security platforms to digital evidence management and officer safety systems, we back technology companies operating in the homeland security and law enforcement ecosystem — drawing on deep relationships with agencies across defense intelligence and public safety.

Defense & National Security

Beyond the public safety sector, Broidy Capital Holdings participates in both public and private capital markets, primarily focused on the national security and defense sectors in the U.S. and internationally.

Investment Thesis

Why public safety technology

Broidy Capital Holdings was established with a singular conviction: that artificial intelligence applied to public safety represents one of the most consequential and durable investment opportunities of our era.

Public safety agencies worldwide face growing threats with constrained budgets. AI-driven software offers a force-multiplying solution — enabling agencies to do more with less, respond faster, and anticipate threats before they materialize. Elliott Broidy has focused on technology businesses across the public safety, homeland security, law enforcement, and defense sectors since 2014.

Broidy Capital Holdings combines deep sector expertise, long-standing relationships with government and law enforcement stakeholders, and disciplined capital allocation to identify and grow the companies building this critical infrastructure.
